This policy outlines eligibility, process, timelines, and refunds for products purchased from Luxe Archive. Our goal is to make returns fair, transparent, and simple.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned if:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and includes all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • You received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos).
  • The order was canceled before shipment (cancellation must be confirmed by our support team).

Conditions When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.
  • The return request is made after 14 days of delivery.
  • The product is marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • The product is missing original packaging, accessories, or tags.
  • Damage occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer.

Return Label & Shipping

  • For returns due to Luxe Archive errors (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
  • For other returns (change of mind, preference), the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping.
  • All returns must be securely packed in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Returns shipped without a proper return label may be delayed or declined.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
    Contact our support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you.
  2. Prepare the Item
    Ensure the handbag is unused, in its original condition, and packed with all tags and accessories. Attach the return label to the outside of the box.
  3. Ship the Item
    Use the official Luxe Archive return label. Returns sent without this label may face delays or complications.
  4. Inspection and Approval
    Returned items are inspected within 1 business day of receipt. You will be notified by email about the return status.
  5. Next Step
    If approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed according to the policy. If denied, we provide a written explanation.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Luxe Archive Error: We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer-Initiated Return: Customer pays return shipping.

Exchanges

  • Defective/Damaged Products: Exchanges are free after verification.
  • Non-Defective Items: Exchanges for a different style, size, or color are allowed if returned within 14 days and in original condition. Customer may cover shipping for non-defective exchanges.

Refunds

  • Processing: Approved returns are refunded within 5 business days after inspection.
  • Payment Reversal: Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Bank or payment provider may take 2–5 additional business days to process.
  • Shipping Refunds:
    • Luxe Archive Error → Full shipping refunded
    • Customer Preference → Only product cost refunded; original shipping is non-refundable
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if the item is damaged, missing parts, or returned late. You will be notified in advance.

Transparency & Fairness

  • All return and refund scenarios are explained clearly.
  • Customers are notified in writing if a return or refund is denied or adjusted, with exact reasons.
